Director Of Construction & Infra | Siddhi Group

Project management is an important role in any organization, and it involves overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of projects within a specific timeframe and budget. I am responsible for defining the project goals, developing a project plan, and coordinating the resources needed to complete the project successfully. This includes co-ordinating with all the directors and CMD’s for the project feasibility and managing finances. After getting a green signal from the directors I co-ordinate with all the design consultants, landscape architects, master planners, RCC and all other consultants who plays an important role in the working of the project. After co-ordinating with the above officials I work ahead on finalising the contractors, working with purchase departments, then identifying and mitigating risks, and monitoring progress towards the project's goals. Later I work on finalising details and executing the project till the project is handed over to the client. While working on the project we set some bench marks and parameters. Setting benchmarks and parameters is important because it helps to keep the project focused and on track. It also allows the project team to measure progress and identify any potential issues or risks that may arise during the project. This enables us to take proactive steps to mitigate these risks and ensure that the project is completed successfully. To play this important role for looking after the project management, you need to have strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the industry and the specific project requirements. You should also be able to manage competing priorities, handle unexpected challenges, and adapt to changing circumstances. Overall, project management is a critical role that helps organizations achieve their goals, and it requires a combination of technical and soft skills to be successful.
